The woodsy backdrop and tragic love story lent a Virgin River feel to the episode, and it all would have been very sweet and romantic if not for the fact that we still don't really know: who is Leah? It's a surprising first for Daryl, who's never been romantically linked to anyone on the show despite having close friendships with Carol, Beth, and most recently Connie. However, one day Daryl came back to the cabin to find her gone - she couldn't deal with his reluctance to commit, apparently - and left a note for her to come "find me." We learn that she'd been fending for herself after losing her family, including an adopted son, and generally preferred the solitude until Daryl came along. While on his own, he stumbled upon her cabin and a puppy we now know to be Dog (named, surprisingly, not by Daryl but by Leah). Yes, Daryl finally found himself an apocalypse fling with a stranger named Leah (Lynn Collins). The episode, largely told through flashback segments, was partially an origin story for Dog and partially a tale of. The Walking Deadfans already knew that Daryl spent years living on his own after Rick's apparent death, but in Episode 18, "Find Me," we finally got a chance to see what he was up to all that time. There’s a bit of hope from the retired lawyer, whose kind nature and desperation also help diffuse the situation - and I’d like to think, will also help Will in the long run.Spoilers ahead for The Walking Dead Season 10, Episode 18. While Boden is out visiting other houses in the district, he stops at the store to get ingredients for a dry rub for Severide’s brisket: black pepper, chili powder, cumin. There’s also something really endearing about how he ends up there in the first place.

The hostage situation he winds up in feels like the sort of thing that’s been done a hundred times, at least, but with Boden at the center of it all making a connection with the shooter, it feels fresh and new.
